What do you like about working at Wilson Medical Center?

"Working as Chief Technologist in other country is a big challenge and responsibility for me but I handle it intellegently since I'm capable and gained the experience as Senior Technologist in the Philippines. And the experience of meeting well-known people and physicians it's like boosting your confident and professionalism since from time to time I'm coming with our Marketing officer."

What don't you like about working at Wilson Medical Center?

"For treating their employee as only employee... And for not processing my/our working visa immediately."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management need efforts to run their company wisely, it is not always about compensation and benefits, it is the good relationship between employer and with employee. From there it will come out to the patients so company will gain more."
