"The atmosphere is laid back but you're still expected to get your work done. Can potentially have a lot of growth opportunity, though they still seem to be figuring things out in relation to how that should work for various disciplines and roles. Decent perks (2 free lunches a week plus snacks) and the Durham office recently moved to a new building that is really nice."

"I have worked at WillowTree for over a year. The company has a fantastic, inclusive' oriented culture, and growth is one of the core drivers here. It is typically very easy to find ways to grow in your craft, and find people to support it. Day to day quality and opportunities depend on the project you wind up, but generally, it is very good. WT isn't perfect, but they constantly seek feedback from employees to improve in all areas."
