What do you like about working at Williamson Medical Center?

"I enjoyed my job duties, having received the Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, I was knowledgeable in EKG readings and telemetry. I also have previous experience as a medical secretary, therefore data entry and entering physician's orders was familiar."

What don't you like about working at Williamson Medical Center?

"My complaint is ambivalent. Williamson Medical Center is that it is a hopsital and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, Holidays, weekends. I was hired in, as most are to work 7P to 7A, and it is very difficult to leave that shift. Usually someone who have to resign or be fired, however, the person with greater seniority will move into that slot."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Mamnagement was handled very well there. I have no suggestions."
