"When I first started here in 2018 the company was very much focused on its people and supporting us to move the company forward. Now it's more focused on cutting costs where it can even if it means taking resources away from employees. PTO policy was revised to the determent of employees, company vehicles taken from employees, layoffs of employees, new facilities were downsized to not include basic employee necessities such as bathrooms, kitchens, or equipment storage. Year after year the company posts increasing profits yet employees are left with less and less. I work with really great people the issue is the very senior management that seeks to prop up company profits by taking benefits and other things from employees. Great people, terrible senior management"

"Great company to work for as most supervisors are really amazing. The worst thing about it is the pay. They pay well below industry average and therefor struggle to keep real talent with Conoco and OneOk energy companies so close."
