"The worst business decision of my life was to leave a job where I was making between $85,000 and $119,000 and join Williams and Company Financial Services where I made $35,853.71 in 2014. I take full responsibility for not fully vetting this company, the owner, their processes, assertions, and integrity. My advice to all prospective hires would be to document what is promised, get the draw issue in writing BEFORE you join, and maybe even investigate the litigious history of the company. I regret ignoring the red flags."
