"I don't work there now. Favoritism. Some of the most qualified and best performing sales people were let go."

"Treat each person fairly. Give at a boy's when they are earned and offer help if a person needs it."

"The constant interaction with people and the ability to build confidence, if it was lacking, or the ability to concretely affirm their choice in buying this home was the right choice. I loved the empowering of making decisions and how constructive criticism by upper management never eroded that confidence. The opportunity to interact with all facets of the homebuild."
