WildWorks Employee

"WildWorks a great place to get started in the game industry. They've carved out a niche for themselves in making fun kid-safe and teen oriented games and MMOs. The work environment is agile, but chill — crunch time is rare. Good people with oodles of talent. Project organization and management could definitely use some help. Benefits and pay are okay... raises don't happen nearly often enough."
