"Stressful, they demean employees, harrass, unprofessional, no family time"

What do you like about working at Wiesneth Law Offices?

"I enjoyed the clients and my job duties. The clients is what made it worth working there."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask about benefits, overtime compensaiton. Ask how their training works (unprofessional and the paralegal does most of the training which if you are nterviewing for the Legal Asst. position for processing cases, she knows NOTHING about processing) they have no professional training, nor do they have professional meetings) I cannot stress to possible employees, please do not work here. Especially, if you have a family with kids in school.....think twice about this as a future employer!"

What don't you like about working at Wiesneth Law Offices?

"The boss and paralegal is demeaning toward the employees, they get away with harrassment, and they are unprofessional in many ways. They treat you good while you are new but eventually you will see the true side to this office. The paralegal has caused a great deal of the issues with former employees. He and the paralegal has threatened employees jobs to get what they want. Family time will be decreased to a minimum, no extra compensation for extra hours worked, stress is too much to even explain...you will cry and your stomach will cramp just to walk to the building. I know of 4 employees that have been on medication to help them get through the day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management is unprofessional. He has no experience in management at all. An early 20's attorney that does not know anything about management and studders even when talking to clients. Which I have had to jump in and help him with angry clients. They need someone who is fair and will not let what the paralegal does to other employees be tolerated. they need a strong, experienced, well-educated manager"
