What do you like about working at Whitestone Masonic & Eastern?

"Having my work bring me into contact with the residents and to have the opportunity to get to know them. The job was very challenging, the three people who had preceeded me had no idea what they were doing and they made more problems than they had fixed. There was no one to ask for details of how the plant had been operating so I had to learn it from the ground up and much of what I was told turned out to be incorrect. I do love a challenge and this proved a graet one. When I was Finished I had reduced their gas and electric operating expense from 875K to less than 600K per year. As systems I had designed and or installed came on line after I left I expected it to drop to close to 500K per year."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is a great place to work but you need to be customer service oriented"
