What don't you like about working at Wheatland Tube?
"not being able to improve the process efficiency with new technologies as PLC, HMI, servo motion, VFD's etc.the actual setup has been in place for more than 20 years and makes it hard to find replacement parts and components when with new technologies the process will simplify and reduces cycle and down times."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"let new ideas to be explained, demostrated and bring the equipment to a competitive level of efficiency (my personal opinion)"
