"Due to the nature of the business, it takes time to sign contracts so the work load is not consistant."

"Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done regarding the work load."

"People below management and even some management are great to work with. Theresa Powell is friggin gorgeous and Melanie Zerrudo is a hottie. They make me feel... excited! If you know what I mean."

"When they lay you off, don't be upset. It's better and you were warned. Ask some of the bottom rung workers how many times they were laid-off and came back because jobs are almost non-existent."

"Spineless and irresponsible decision making. Unethical business practices. Working there was like being overtaken by the nothing from The Neverending Story."

"Let go of the belief that the employees that sustain the company are expendable."

"Upper management has a high school mentality (this includes the CEO) and based personnel decisions on rumors. Poor project decision making and management."

"They have been notorious about missing pay checks. I have never seen a company that was still in business with this bad of finances. There management was incompetent. There was a huge amount of favoritism."

"Fire the top management and bring in a whole new group of professionals. The owner needs to minimize his influence in the company and hire a CEO with experience to run the company."

"sometimes changes are made without consulting the workers that know how best to improve the system"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Top down management has caused many of the issues that have caused delays. Listen to the workers and not just the Supervisors. Try to encourage a problem solving approach instead of a cover my (you know what) approach to solving problems. Don't worry who is to blame and just solve the problem. A worker who makes a mistake will likely not make that one again if he is supported by management and not hunted down for dismissal. if he or she is always in jeopardy they will likely try to point blame instead of solve the problem"
