"When they lay you off, don't be upset. It's better and you were warned. Ask some of the bottom rung workers how many times they were laid-off and came back because jobs are almost non-existent."

"They have been notorious about missing pay checks. I have never seen a company that was still in business with this bad of finances. There management was incompetent. There was a huge amount of favoritism."

"Top down management has caused many of the issues that have caused delays. Listen to the workers and not just the Supervisors. Try to encourage a problem solving approach instead of a cover my (you know what) approach to solving problems. Don't worry who is to blame and just solve the problem. A worker who makes a mistake will likely not make that one again if he is supported by management and not hunted down for dismissal. if he or she is always in jeopardy they will likely try to point blame instead of solve the problem"
