"Wonderful people. Very high team attitude, lots of inter/intradept cooperation, everyone takes pride in their job. CEO/COO are both savvy yet caring; opportunities to grow in your job (ie take on new tasks, innovate better ways to perform tasks). Encourage promotion from within"

"All in all, unless money is your prime motivator, then it's a good place to work/grow."
What don't you like about working at WESTMED?
"Limited mobility at my level (CFO is a long-term employee); pay is a bit below market."

"None, really. I believe they've developed the best environment socially and financially that they can given their current level of sales."
