"If you are going to interview make sure that you are someone that can do things on your own without much help."

"The customer issues were sometimes drawn out for 5 months at a time or more before a resolution was determined therefore causing customers to get angry."

"Freedom to work my own schedule and customer interaction. I dealer with multiple auto dealerships and structure deals to get approvals"

"Understand your market before you decide on this job. I transfered to a different market and did not research and I have paided for it."

"support from corporate, makes it tough to get dealers money and when you hold up money you lose dealers."

"Stream line the funding and verification process to release funds fast to create a long lasting relationship with clients"

"I have been with Westlake Financial for 2 and a half years. Great company but recently many changes which has prompted me to look into other opportunities. I thrived in the challenges the company gave me. I am advanced in communication, relationship building, sales and management. Whatever the challenge I am up for it and learn quickly."

There is autonomy and there is lots of work to be done. Both contribute to a feeling of productivity and satisfaction. Would highly recommend anyone work for Westlake."
