"Solid salary for what I do and compared to what I would be making if I were working in my industry (education) at my level of education. I think to really advance in pay, a mentor has to move up to middle management, but they are attempting to address that issue via job leveling. The benefits are excellent, so to me that offsets the salary in a positive way. Also, I'm not paying gas to get to work (work from home) or the costs of office lunches or an office wardrobe."
