"Great place to grow your skills. I have had a lot of projects that I was able to do and complete on my own that help me grow as a developer."
"The owner at Westech is an obsequious micro-manager. He assigns things to the web team and then once the work is done he wants it done differently but tells us it was done wrong in the first place when all we did is what he told us to do. He makes us feel stupid and puts us down often, telling us that he can't afford a web team and is thinking about abolishing it all together. That makes people nervous. Difficult to work under."
"I've worked here since May 2013 and it is an okay place to work. The web development team is very new, there are only three of us, and the owner is a rabid micro-manager. We are ridiculed and made to feel like we should feel bad for collecting a pay check with constant threats of having the team disbanded. It is unhealthy and makes me nervous that I will not have a job tomorrow. It is a little bit hard to work under."
