"Bring your temple recommend. Only the Mormons get promoted. Ask lots of questions. Most group leaders don't know what to ask you."

What don't you like about working at WesTech Engineering?

"I hear lots of employees and managers complain about the HR group but senior management doesn't do anything about it. It's like they're scared of them. Senior management has lost touch with employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You hired me let me do my job. Hr people don't help anyone but themselves. Get new people or get another company to manage our hr. documents are important but there are too many forms for stupid stuff."

"Make sure you have an engineering degree first and try to find out how the hiring Manager is to get around HR."

"Very top heavy with no room for growth. Only Engineers were looked at for any position first."

"Too many chiefs and not enough indians is not how to run a company."
