"Westamerica Bank has some excellent practices that bring focus to your local, community banking and providing excellent customer service. However, their technology is outdated by about 20 years. Their operating system is still on DOS mode (yes I said DOS) - they do not have email for the personnel in the offices or access to the internet. They expect you to do prospecting for new clients using the telephone book, chamber registries and cold calling by just driving around your city."
