"Management has the employees scared to even breathe or else they will be fired. The confidential helpline isn't confidential, and the promise of no repercussions or retaliation to calling the ethics hotline is a blatent lie. I HATE THE UNCLEAN CONDITIONS AND LACK OF OVERSIGHT WITH THE PRODUCTS IN ST. PETE. THIS COMPANY IS GOING TO KILL SOMEONE UNLESS THEY GET THEIR HEADS OUT OF THE SAND."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop running the St.Petersburg facility like a prison camp. Stop screwing people out of their livelihoods just because you feel you can. Practice ethical behavior. Stop blackballing former employees. Give the employees weekends off. Don't put untrained inexperienced jackbooted street-thugs in positions of power over the people that ensure continued productivity. Don't dangle a bonus in front of the employees and then make it unattainable for most."
