"I have worked for Wesco for almost three years. The employees of this company are great to work with and management is knowledgeable. There is also opportunity for movement and promotion."
"Technology is behind the times. People are nice and friendly."
"This company has a very high turnover rate. You will have to create 500 purchase orders or more a month in order to stay on top of things. There is no management support and everyone who works are unhappy and looking to find new employment. You are trained on a system that they created and they expect you to hit the ground running. The two women who run the department are bullies and will use the team leads against you to get you out of the door. This is a highly stressful environment and everyone there is looking to get out. Just look at how often the job for Buyer is posted and that will answer your questions. They will accept just about anybody just to fill in the seat. it is a dead end job that pays $42,000 annually. Trust me, you may need a job but you can do better somewhere else. You don't want to work for bullies.."
"Terrible management, awful benefits. Run don't walk - upper management is ruining company."
"No overtime allowed, ever. They will deduct overtime off your time sheet and dare you to complain about it. Medical insurance is below average for a company that employs over 7,000 people. Very oppressive company to work for. Big brother is always watching."
