"I like the diverse training and management staff and employees on my team."

"Wasn't very family oriented."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your ideal candidate on how many children they have and whether or not they are active duty or reservists and do proper follow ups with each employee every other month. Set goals and achieve goals together as a team will build great morale among the team members as well as staff."
