What don't you like about working at Wencor?

"Being stabed in the back and using the reduced economy to release engineers that actually helped Wencor grow. (I was the largest PMA producer that Wencor had.)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start over with Engineering Management. As is, it is driving customers away and loosing profits."
