"Having been employed by Wells Construction, initially I was ecstatic at the thought of working with them for many years, unfortunately, the customer had become increasingly difficult with both money and information making it nearly impossible to do the job as it should have been... With none payment on three occasions it again became almost impossible to motivate subs to honor their contracts, losing my plumber at one point for 23 days. Wells has had a reputation in the past for situations very similar to this, so I felt it was time to depart before my reputation took a big hit as well."
