"My boss was a micro-manager. I had freedom to come and go but I had to ask permission for purchasing toilet paper when I had been accustomed to purchasing items in the thousands of dollars."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would let the managers I hired do the job they were hired to do and not micro-manage them. He had a talanted group of managers but would not allow them to make decisions. That resulted in work getting bottle-necked and managers frustrated."
