"I've never worked for a company where management don't step in and help their employees be successful at their job and position. Very poor communication. No leadership. They will constantly point out all your workload flaws and never give you a pat on the back even if you talk to upper management and the HR dept. After a month here I was written up for one day absent with the flu and was excepted to know my position to the T with little of a time frame. 2 months later again written for staying home with my ill child and even had a doctor's note. They are not family oriented and only care about bringing in the company's money. Their PTO and sick time off system sucks. Did I mention like communication. God forbid you speak your mind or have an option, they don't like it. Instead of face to face or coaching they would rather send you emails. There's no room to grow here. Training could be better."
