"I have worked for Weldaloy for over a year and have found this Christian-based company to be the exception to all rules. It's family-oriented and the employees, for the most part, are very pleasant and helpful. It is male-dominated, however, with zero women occupying chief suites or director positions. There is only one woman there with the job title of manager and she is a "Project Manager", who happens to be married to one of the VPS. One could also identify an issue with nepotism and hiring family members and friends who are in need of jobs, which I've been told is one of the tenets of Christianity. The company has a small business, mom and pop, feel to it and has a chaplain on staff full-time. This may not be a good fit for non-believers, but it is a decent employer."
"For the past two years, I have been employed at Weldaoy I have learned a lot and stepped up into for process owing roles. Each day I am interacting with the production floor to ensure processes being design are flowing through the plant continuously. Throughout the day it can be seen that even though a process has been improved there is always room for it to get better. While working on process improvement projects my team and I continuously look for perfection."
