"Overall I had a good experience as a employee at Webcor Builders. I got to work with a lot of intelligent people and work on a large variety of complex projects. My main issue with the company is that the project teams tended to be large and even the smallest tasks became cumbersome with the amount of management on each project. I am hoping to work a little smaller of a company where I can take on more responsibility and have a little more autonomy."

"I worked for Webcor from May 2016 until Jan 2020. Webcor was a good company to work for so it seemed, true to there employees. Until I figured out the culture was not as it was made to seem . I would never go back to Webcor now i felt betrayed after 4 yrs. of 10 to 12 hrs a day with no complaints, then get laid off and my senior super and PM had no idea i was getting laid off."
