"Idk where to begin. Yeah I gained a lot of experience and a pay check but as soon as the work slowed down I got the heck out of there. First out the Spaniards that run the company are very professional. But the AMERICANS AND MEXICANS.....even the temps were bad, TERRIBLE. For the most part I had to deal with racism from start to finish, thats shameful considering I was working on a school named after a black war hero (Doris Miller). The Superintendent(White man) and the Foreman(MEXICAN IMMOGRANT) whom i was Working with at this job was VERY oppressive, demeaning and racist. "N" /er was used ALOT and when I addressed it to them they acted if I didn't say anything at all. Whenever we got black temporary workers The Foreman(Mexican) would take the white and Hispanic works and SEGREGATE US BLACKS together. Furthermore if the Temp was white and only white whether they were on drugs or not, if they didn't have a ride they would dump buddy on me and I'd take them home. One drug addicted Temp left DRUGS in a Field Engineer's Car(Black Woman) and on the School grounds and the Superintendent covered it up didnt even tell the Project Executive and the guy still worked there for another month after that. What else can I say if Webber can hire trash like this im good. I'm going back to school. No thanks"
"Great company to work with!"
"Good company, a lot of job opportunities in the Heavy Civil division. Project teams are different from each other, you may get along with everyone or not. Upper management are great, they are there to help you."
