"The Company is very small and that has its pros and cons. It allows for an opportunity to develop good relationships with everyone there. Being a small company, however, means that there isn't always a consistent amount of work. Project managers make a commission from their work so sometimes that poses a problem of having dry months. management has a habit of taking on projects that the team does not have the capacity to do or underbid large projects that end up being the project managers' problem later on."
