"It was a nightmare from day one."
What do you like about working at Web Parts?
"There was a few really good people there. Most of them became bitter and defensive as time went on. Its was chaotic, restrictive and dictatorial, only the Mad Hatter was the dictator!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run, Don't walk. You will be better off anywhere else."
What don't you like about working at Web Parts?
"Everything. There was no organization or planning, only arbitrary orders. The only was to get along there is to kiss the CEO's butt, laugh at his derisive jokes, and forgive his volatile and hostile behavior. The culture there is one of Cover my own arse at everyone else's expense. Stress levels are through the roof and everyone is depressed, angry, frustrated or afraid all the time. No one has the tools they need to do their jobs. You can't ask for anything. If you do, you will be treated like you are a fool and even called an idiot or ridiculed. The CEO is the worst of the lot, having an evil temper and unreasonable expectations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Quit or grow some integrity at least. Stop throwing good people away. Stop threatening people and throwing tantrums. Stop lying about your employees and blaming them for your own bad decision. Start listening when others give you good advice. Stop thinking you are an expert at things you have no clue about. Better yet, leave town."
