"I could have used more help than I actually got."

"I would suggest the management to actually have a person who would know the technology when they are hiring people to work in a team that deals with that particular technology."

"I liked that it was downtown and in a high rise."

"They have lots of bagel days, which is pretty cool."

"I didn't like that there was little to no direction, that goals were vague, that development was an afterthought, that it was not Agile."

"Learn Agile, take the values to heart, stop yelling at each other."

"Flexible Working time and learn new things by myself. Learn the way to do research online and learn how to make the use of Github."

"Everyone was laid back and hilarious. Comfortable working with everyone at the office."

"Just be open to ideas and friendly... just get used to last minute calls and even delays."

"Almost too laid back, initially poor management, but eventually it picked up."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Everyone at Infomedia is incredibly smart and could figure things out on their own and had great communication skills that made up for the lack of project management. It has improved now though."

"It's basically like working freelance. Its just a shared working space, so have your own prospective clients."

"It wasn't a paying job unless I found my own clients"

"Spread out from the Bryan and College Station area to find work"

"I loved working under the people I worked for. Everyone was extremely intelligent in their field of expertise and never hesitated to help anyone out. The people at Modine are great!"

"Be personable with the interviewer. And show that you really know what you say you know."
What don't you like about working at Modine Manufacturing?
"With the position I worked in, I was cut off from the rest of my coworkers for most of the time. I wish I could have worked in a team environment more."

"Keep doing what you're doing. If every manager could be like Dave, I would be a happy worker for the rest of my career."

"I was allowed to work from my home and to say my boss was a good mentor to me more than being a boss."

"Should have skils in PHP,css,HTML and frameworks like opencart,magento,wordpress.Have some projects already worked on php and css."

"there was a huge time break for each project and pay was less these are the only two reasons which I dont like being working in the company."

"Management should focus on big projects than focus on short term projects"
