"Environment and coworkers, early on there was more of a focus on building relationships."

"Don't. If there are other options, you'd be better off finding one of those opportunities."

What don't you like about working at InterContinental Hotels Group?

"Everything else. Lierally. Bad pay. Unreasonable expectations. Smelly foreign workers to cut costs. Typical acceptable bad policies nowadays."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Gut the middle and upper management. Very poor and disconnected leadership in general."

"A great place to work."

What do you like about working at Adams Keegan?

"The people here are great. I don't work with a single person that I don't get along with. And the food... oh man, the food. Alternating potluck / company-provided breakfast every Friday. Thanksgiving feast. Hot wings on Halloween. Burgers and dogs around July 4th. ChilI cook off in January. It's amazing that I haven't gained 40 pounds while working here."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Bring a smile and don't be late. Don't plan on bringing an iPod."

What don't you like about working at Adams Keegan?

"It's a little far from home (30 minutes on a light traffic day). The building leaves a lot to be desired, but we've done a great job with what we have."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Offer some sort of early spring / late winter holiday to break up the 5 month stretch from January 1 to Memorial Day."

"Most of my coworkers did their best to lighten the stress load."

"If you are looking for a place with good benefits and can stand the constant pressure and babysitting, then spend a little time here. You will learn what you don't like in an employer (and a code base)."

"The management fosters a stressful environment, minimizing the efforts of her people while pushing for superhuman levels of productivity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Back off and let you people work. When you require more of them, give them some appreciation. Bringing in lunches and dinner can help when you ask that they work through them and beyond."

"The coworkers within my team were a pleasure to work with."

"Internet Brands is fine for a paycheck. However, don't expect a career here."

"The office politics, lack of appreciation for the employees and salary."

"They should begin to value their employees and show that appreciation. That would help to limit the high turnover at Internet Brands."

"dress appropriately, ask good questions, be prepared to be questioned up the tree."

"there really isnt anything that I do not like about working here.. aside from the workload"

"budget projects efficiently and pay people according to the work that they do"
