"This is really a good company. They champion education and safety. They are always hiring for different positions."

"Located in small town. The work load was all focused in beginning of month and was inconsitent. Finance team was spread out geographically. Few team projects."

"Provide positive reinforcement and more team projects. Provide more specific training that gives the employees the proper tools to do their jobs."

"Be careful what you ask for. Be expected to work 12 hr days for less than average wages for your position"

What don't you like about working at Weatherford International?

"There were too many unsafe conditions. They were osha fined often. Hexavalent Chrome in the air."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find someone who actually knew about the job or machining period. Instead of a yes man. We received a new plant manager every year for 4 years straight."

"It's been grown ever since we were aquired and it hasn't stopped. Several smart people within the industry."

"More unity and leadership pushing for the culture. More meeting the people in the organization from the CEO,CFO,CIO, etc..."
