What don't you like about working at Weather Central?
"Pay seems low for the type of position I currently work. The recent acquisition by our new owners makes for a lot of uncertainty in almost every position on whether we all have jobs or not. Morale is low right now."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's difficult to say what I would do differently. We are currently in a transition period from one owner to another and it's quite chaotic at the moment. It would be unfair to make a comment."
