"I've worked for WEA for 7 years. During that time the company has had it's ups and downs. Unfortunately, it has been in one of those downs for the past couple of years and is struggling to get out of it. This has also come with a lot of turnover. The culture needs improving. The best thing I can say about working there is the compensation level. It is the best I've seen for a company of its size. This includes base salary along with additional benefits."
