"Working for this company was hell. Uncertainty of income, tremendous pressure for stats, and long hours. Bad management. The building where you work is dirty and looks like an abandoned factory, really a depressing place. You put in a hall with bad lighting, 100 other people stuck next to each other like chickens in a cubicle, and you have to sit on a metal chair staring at a wall all day.The pay is meager and they tend to cut yearly bonuses because they keep losing contracts."
"For an experienced employee this company is probably not a good fit as it pays on the low 15-25% and has a tendency to be ruled by politics. For a new employee however, this is a treasure job where skilled individuals are ready to train you to great positions. Call center employees are regularly recruited into career positions and trained to accomplish tasks in years. Beware of executive Micro Management and A UK preference issue when assigning promotion or recognition. Give it 5 years and grow!"
