"I have been associated with the construction industry my entire career. I have a strong safety background, I teach safety continuously, and lead by example. I have great communication skills. I can stand in the trenches with the plumbers and electricians and sit down at a table with Architects, Engineers, and Clients. I understand the Submittal review, RFI’s, Change order process. Communication through daily and Weekly reports, photo’s of daily progress. Proficient in both ProCore and Plan Grid formats. I strongly support weekly foreman and safety meetings, generate 3 week schedule linked to the master schedule. I have very strong skills and understanding of a commercial construction process. In order to meet any project schedule it takes considerable effort from the superintendent. As he builds the team, and remains positive with nothing but constructive criticism, performance levels can we met by all.
