"I joined the company expecting to be part of a dynamic up and coming company. Despite some negative indications from other senior level management I took the risk to be a part of the reason why the company succeeds. Very quickly I found the husband & wife ownership team to be in conflict and providing opposite directions for my role and responsibilities. Often personal dynamics from the owners spilled into business making it very uncomfortable for employees. Bad decision coming here."
