"I've worked for WCN for 2 years and found it to be a company that rewards the people that do not deserve to be rewarded and sidelines people that actually do work hard and produce good quality work. There is no room for progression within this company as management have a buddy culture. My manager would rather promote someone who he plays football with outside working than someone who is actually capable of doing the work. This company has people within management who are weak. They don't have the right people within the right positions."
