What do you like about working at WCI Communications?
"It is a small company which gives me alot of Freedom to express my ideas and exercise my expertise."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes I would tell someone that was looking for a position at WCI to be prepared to not have a life outside of work and if they are prepared for that then it is the job for them. A happy employee out side of work is a happy employee at work"
What don't you like about working at WCI Communications?
"On the same token because it is a small company it is very stressful and requires alot of hours , and they will not hire staff to help me. At this point it is effecting my personal life"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would tell them to hire more employees underneath me (which I have) so that I have more time to effectively engineer the network from a high level instead of doing day to day tasks that lower level technicians should be doing."
