Waystar Employee

"Waystar is a soulless company created by Bain Capital that acquires small successful companies that are great to be a part of, and drains their technology, and then dumps the employees with little or no warning. The culture at Waystar is presented as a great place to work filled with camaraderie and teamwork, however, people are worried about their jobs at all times, are typically underpaid, and the leadership seems to have no concern for the well-being of their subordinates. I gave the high ratings below because my team was made up of carry-overs from the company I was a part of before being acquired."

.NET Developer

"I worked at Waystar for just under 5 years in total. Waystar is considered by many to be #1 in the RCM/Clearinghouse space due to a high work ethic and customer flexibility. A client is treated with the utmost respect and the company strives to put as little pressure as possible on them to solve a problem and achieve results."
