Team Leader

"I've worked for Waypoint Homes since August of 2012 and it has been a great experience. After breaking all their sales records, I was promoted to team lead and taught others the art of handling clients on the phones. The role has become stagnant as the company has had a major buy out. My position is intact, however I don't see myself growing any further. That is the reason I am looking to transition out."

Inside Sales Agent

"I have worked in my current position as Inside sales rep for 7 months,I feel as a dept who is 90% responsible for bringing in revenue we should be recognized and compensated for such. The heads are always only concerned about the numbers and not the emloyee, they seem to always set the employee up for failure and not success, their numbers and metrics just not realistic in this type of business."
