"Do not be impressed by the industry, although it can offer a little glamour, at the end of the day - glamour doesn't pay the bills. Get everything in writing and be specific about how you and your skills fit into the big picture."
What don't you like about working at Wayne Foster Entertainment?
"The company is a family run business, the dynamics of the family is changing. They're inability to change with the times and move the company forward is very frustrating, given the end product is great - the sales path to close a deal is very very difficult."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Recognize the industry has changed and they will not grow or be successful unless they acknowledge the change. Create a consistent pricing schedule, develop more social network advertising. Target the demographic that can afford the product and develop programs that will secure a contract and then work on the up-sell.Also, have family member be accountable - which currently they are most of the problem."
