"Featured a collaborative culture across different business objectives, roles, and responsibilities. It was obvious everyone was doing their best to manage their workload and push the company to be as creative and efficient as possible. Leadership didn't seem to have a clear focus on company goals and lacked the ability to prioritize projects according to business and customer value. While promoting the company as a technology leader, internal tools and processes used were inefficient and there was a surprisingly high inability to adapt to change from executive leadership. Open office environments can be a detriment to productivity for some job functions."

"I have worked with very talented people at Wayfair in the last 2 years. There is a strong desire to collaborate among teams but often teams are not able to collaborate because the company tried to grow too fast and expanded in many areas all at the same time with no sense of clarity on priorities. Individuals in leadership roles are fostering bad culture and have a tendency of being tone deaf and unwilling to change."

"I worked for Wayfair for 10 months and it had a great atmosphere with very energetic youth looking to make a name in the business world! As a coordinator I managed multiple interviews while also balanced multiple projects. For an entry level role you are given a lot of responsibility and are expected to learn on your feet"

"In my 8 months, I had a good experience learning the ins and out so of corporate right recruiting. Unfortunately, the company is going through a transition and had layoffs."

"I was on a co-op of 6 months with Wayfair. Prior to this, I haven't worked in a company this big and such focused on data. I got to learn many things about Wayfair's operations and about Supply Chain in general. Being from Mechanical background I did not have any experience of using SQL, but this co-op exposed me to SQL and helped me learn SQL which I think was pretty interesting."
