"In my short tenure at WattMaster, I quickly learned there was a hierarchy that you needed to get in with. I have little interest in office politics and therefore didn't engage. I spent most of my time being yanked from department to department being told it was to learn the company. Ok, fair enough, great idea, actually learned a lot. Same time, I sat around in the test department with no work for weeks at a time. Provided them with work during these times. For this I got in trouble with management for not asking permission. So after being told "Put a board in front of you and look busy" and me saying no and actually working, I get in trouble. That was basically the gist of my entire experience. We have tons of work, but couldn't find any."
