Watermark Retirement Communities Employee

"I've worked for Watermark Communities for over a year and there has been nothing but changes in Management and management style. Changes in programs, lack of cohesiveness on how to run the programs and bureaucracy in trying to get your job done in a timely manner is a big issue. This leads to a lot of uncertainties within the community and unfortunately extra long delays in payments to vendors, which I am totally against."
