"I have been employed by several employers during my career. This is by far the worst employer I have ever had to endure. The management is horrible and has gotten worse over time since there was a management change. The average employee does not have any say in how they do their job even if they find a better way of doing it. The COO is a micro-manager and that management style has infected all other management including the CEO. They do not care about their employees or clients."
"I have been at WSS for a few years. It is the worst place I have had to work at and has gotten progressively worse since they hired a new COO. The Senior management is terrible and they lack the ability to lead or stand up for what is right. They are worried about their job and nothing else. If you are hired as a specialist, you will have no say and will be treated like a second-class citizen. Also, if you are a client, beware that this company does NOT have your best interests in mind."
"Not recommended unless you are based at the Lincoln, NE office."
