"This company's financial stability is based on one man's funding, in Feb. 09 his funding was cut and so were more than half the employees. They are not profitable and with the current management team probably won't ever be. Meaning they will only be in business for as long as their funder keeps funding and is willing to lose money."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Their sales department does not sell, and the company has kept the sales manager for years."
