"Waste Not OC does incredibly motivated and inspiring work. The current staff size is small but mostly effective. Communication is a weak point, and employers often leave out useful information until the last minute. In my experience, it has been difficult for the higher-ups to relinquish power to the proper employees, even though they already have a lot on their plates."
