"I worked as a lab researcher for a year in the Rider group. I was able to work independently and in groups. We had freedom to do what we thought was necessary with some guidance. Lab mates were great and it was a lot of fun."

"The George Washington University has been providing good facility for graduate students, who like to work in academic field in future. The salary is not very good but I think it is good opportunity to improve you skills and find better job after finishing your contract with them."

"The Department of Neurology seems to be in a constant state of flux, with the recent loss of the IT Director and the Business Director. Both are busy trying to make their mark on the department, restructuring departments and making cuts that are impacting the users ability to perform their jobs, and making the lives of their patients more difficult in the process. I would highly recommend avoiding the Department of Neurology at Washington University."

"I have been working at Washington University full-time for more than 10 years.Pros flexible hours, friendly co-workers, and great tuition benefit Cons not much grow opportunities, stay on one job for a long time, do not pay their employees what they should be paid and typical academia politics may get in the way"
