3.2I've been in this position for almost 4 years. As postdoc considered as a training position, we are not compensated for our education and experience. What makes being a postdoct at WashU worse is that once you are hired there is barely any increase in salary (~1%). Even as a 4th year postdoc I make about $40,000/yr when NIH suggested minimum is $48,000.However, other than the pay this place is amazing place to be, good work environment, leadership, infrastructure, etc.
3.8I've worked in Washington University for 3 years. It was a great experience because of my boss and the research that I have to do. The University is beautiful and nicely located. For postdocs with a family, could be inconvenient, since spouses do not have access to any of the facilities of the university (they are thought to be used only by the undergrad students).
4.6I've worked and studied in the Biostatistics Department at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis for more than one year. I have a good relationship with my supervisor, who used to be my professors. They are very nice, care about you and give you a lot of help. I am happy to be their research assistant and teaching assistant.
